Detailed Itinerary

Our experienced tour guide and driver will be greeting you at 9.00am (or 9.30am) at hotel’s lobby (For cruise ship: at a location that your shuttle bus drops you off) then we drive through the modern high buildings and come across city highlight before we reaching the Fishing Port of Sihanoukville which is the bustling dock gathers local shops, houses and colorful fishing boats, an interesting place to observe daily life of fishermen and fishing preparation activities. Continue to Wat Krom Pagoda, learn from your guide about Buddhist monk lifestyle, tradition, culture as well as Buddhism religion.

*Note: You will probably visit Independence Monument, at the first start depending on the pickup point/location.

Followed by Independence Monument, we will enjoy the guided stroll at Phsar Leu Market where we witness the local life and busy trades between buyers and vendors, we then sample some of Cambodian snacks, fruits and sweets before we make our way to take photos of Golden Lions Roundabout which is the prominent landmark of the city.

Next, we go for a nice walking at Otres beach for free leisure OR choose the Ochheuteal beach to see activities on the seaside before returning hotel or cruise ship. If time permits, we finally go straight to observe one of the most remarkable statues of Preah Thong Neang Neak along with its legendary of founding Cambodian culture, and you can enjoy lunch (at your own account) at Bay of Light with its stunning Bay view.

*Dressing Code

Cambodia geographically stays in the tropical monsoon, its weather varies and annually brings wet and dry seasons, generally hot in during day time and a bit cooler at night, and in the early morning. You should wear whatever most comfortable but remember to dress appropriately to respect the locals and other religious sites; pagodas, temples and holy places. Clothes must cover your shoulders and knees when you wish to visit the top part at Angkor Wat, Royal Palace in Phnom Penh and when you go to meet Buddhist monks.
